This salon is great! The staff is friendly and warm. Erika is amazing!! She was as sweet as could be and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my look and knew how to maintain it at home. She put my fears at ease and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I’ve visited several high-end salons, but none seem to comare to this one. I’ve dealt with my unruly hair for years.Upon doing research for the japanese straightening technique I ran across reviews for this salon. I called for a consulation with Jessica and she listened to my concerns about my hair and the troubles i’ve had on humid days, rainy days etc. She told me this treatment would help me to avoid the fear of frizz on days such as that, and the 1 to 1.5 hours i spent straightening my hair every day. My experience during the entire treatment was great. Each procedure was explained and I walked out satisfied. I love my hair now. Which is something i could not say before. The treatment is expensive but so worth it! I chose this salon based on the satisfied people I found during my research who have had this procedure done before. I would not trust anyone else!
